Terms and Conditions for Platinum Details
Welcome to Platinum Details. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our detailing services, including auto, RV, and marine detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and protective treatments offered in Port Saint Lucie and the Treasure Coast. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
Platinum Details agrees to perform professional detailing and surface protection services as requested by the client, for their vehicle, RV, or watercraft. Services will be rendered with meticulous workmanship and premium products, aiming to restore, enhance, and protect the condition of the client's property.
- All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
- Clients acknowledge that results may vary depending on the initial condition of the vehicle, RV, or watercraft.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are quoted based on the type of service, size of the vehicle/vessel, and its condition. Any additional services requested onsite may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client prior to execution.
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
- A deposit may be required for certain specialized services or larger projects.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are requested to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and trash from their vehicle, RV, or watercraft prior to the scheduled service. Platinum Details will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the property.
- Ensure sufficient space and access for our mobile detailing unit at the service location.
- Provide accurate information regarding the condition and any specific requirements for their property.
4. Damage and Liability
While Platinum Details takes utmost care in performing services, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that become apparent during the detailing process. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, or paint imperfections not previously identified.
- Any claims of damage must be reported to our team immediately upon completion of service, and before the vehicle/vessel leaves the service area.
- We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures that may occur during or after the detailing process, unrelated to our work.
- Our liability for any damage directly caused by our negligence will be limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or the cost of the service provided, whichever is less.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Platinum Details reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or equipment malfunction. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible in such events.
6. Ceramic Coating and Protective Treatments
For ceramic coatings and other protective treatments, specific aftercare instructions will be provided. Adherence to these instructions is crucial for the longevity and performance of the treatment. Failure to follow recommended aftercare may void any implied warranties or guarantees related to the coating's durability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Amendments to Terms
Platinum Details reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our online platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
